Current Operations
The Chevron and Mobil fuel stations at the Center average 73,000 individual gasoline transactions per month, while the Travel Centers pump an average of 1.7 million gallons of diesel and 700,000 gallons of gasoline each month.
The current retail offerings at Tejon include the Petro Travel Plaza with an Iron Skillet, large travel store, Wendy’s, and a Subway in an adjacent convenience store. The 60-acre TA Travel Center opened in December 2009 and features Popeye’s, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Subway & Taco Bell. In addition, there are numerous free-standing quick-serve restaurants, including McDonald’s, Starbucks, In-N-Out Burger, Panda Express, and Chipotle Mexican Grill. Two motels, a Best Western and a Microtel provide overnight stays while Denny’s offers an additional sit-down restaurant option.
The 1.7 million SF IKEA facility serves as its Western North American Distribution Center. >> more
